Our British interior designers specialise in office design and renovation, retail, hospitality and home design in Singapore and around the world, with expertise in full interior renovations, interior architecture, project management, and home styling.

Interior Design Services
Initial Consultation
Initial discussions with the client, detailing their project ‘wish list’, to ascertain all requirements, goals visions likes and dislikes
Space Planning
Internal space planning, to include AutoCAD plans and elevations and full kitchen and bathroom design
Project Management
Liaising with architects, contractors and all associated trades for the duration of the refurbishment, with supervision of quality control and regular site visits to assess progress
Drawing & Specification packages
Full drawing and specification packages for the architect and contractor (where applicable) of all spaces, including kitchens and bathrooms
Full Procurement Services
Full electrical layouts and specifications, to include liaising with av specialists
Design Presentation
Detailing all hard finishes, fabrics, specialist finishes, fitted joinery, furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories
Bespoke kitchen, bathroom, furniture and lighting design
Specialist Installation
White glove installation of all items at the completion of a project
Founder/CEO
Elliot James Barratt
Elliot’s work has been acknowledged for a multitude of design awards for both commercial and residential design with prestigious design authorities such as SBID and others. His bespoke furniture design has also been awarded a Platinum Award for design excellence.
Recently Elliot was asked to appear as a guest judge and mentor on The Apartment produced in Asia, a competition based TV series following the rise and fall of the worlds rising stars of design.

Tom Ryan
Learning new cultures with interior projects around the world, Elliot and Tom wanted to continue their education whilst offering their unique style and design approach to clients in Asia and in 2011 moved Elliot James to Singapore.
Architect and Interior Designer
Christina Voss
Christina has always had a strong interest in design coming from a family of Architect’s, but has a particular passion for buildings of historic interest and sympathetic renovations.
Christina is a resourceful and highly motivated designer with strong aesthetic sensibilities and is a key member of the architectural and interior design team at Elliot James. Helping to grow the interior architectural department, Christina’s technical skills along with her knowledge and experience, have perfectly complimented the ever growing Elliot James team.
Interior Architect / Designer
Laura Sévin
Born in Brittany, France, Laura has a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and experience working for interior design and architectural studios in Paris, Belgium, Australia and the US working across sectors such as residential, public spaces, custom furniture creation, museography, public artistic installations, set designs for theatres, and illustration.
A major part of Laura’s career development however, took place in Melbourne (Australia) where she had the opportunity to teach Design Communication at the Mercer School of Interior Design.
As an interior architect and tutor, Laura has developed strong knowledge in soft furnishing and decoration, higher presentation (graphic and oral) and organisational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly in diverse working environments. These learning opportunities and experiences have also provided her with a strong technical and artistic background.
With extensive experience in developing concept design and related drawings, as well as an eye for details, trends and spacial planning, Laura considers interior design more as a passion than a job and is a valuable member of the Elliot James team.
Personal Assistant
Shereen Banu Binte S.I. Shahul Hameed
With a strong background in human resource, administration, secretarial and customer relations management, Shereen ensures the design business can operate at the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency. As the main contact for all enquiries and opportunities, Shereen ensures all projects are well organised and every detail considered and included.
Coming from prestigious firms such as KPMG with responsibilities for looking after multiple partners and senior management, Shereen is at home in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment and is an integral part of the Elliot James set up.
Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment Design Assistant
Mary Cervi
Among other projects, Mary was fortunate enough to work on a co-working space and new private members club which exposed her to high-end hospitality, helping to develop concepts and furniture, furnishings, and equipment (F,F & E) selections.
Mary’s passion for interior design, and calm, considered and organised nature has lead to her becoming an integral part of the sourcing team at Elliot James.
